This year again there were a lot of entries, and most encouragingly submitted by 22 members, once more for some it was their first time.

In spite of several days of hard frosts preceding the event, the exhibits were of a good quality. Judged by Pamela Holt prior to her evening talk, whilst the attendees for the evening chatted and enjoyed the refreshments provided.

Despite a valiant effort of 1st place in four classes, Lesley West was unable to gain the overall winner’s slot (the competitor with the most points across all classes) and this was awarded to Mike Kingsford.
